OK, so I am not quite as bad as my mom. The first time she saw a mouse she thought it was a foot pedal for a sewing machine. But I understood her frustration.
One night I was working on a project and got stuck. As hard as I tried, I could not figure out the problem. At around 3:00 in the morning, I just screamed out:
“I know this can be done….I need someone to
JUST SHOW ME HOW®”…
And a business was born!
I am sure at some time or another we have all experienced that frustration. Getting stuck and not being able to complete your task…ugh!
So I decided to put together a team. Not a team of so called “experts”, but a team of people who can help you come to a solution to your problem….a team of Solutions Specialists.
What We Do
#1) We Eliminate the Intimidation
Sometimes it tough to ask for help. We understand, and are just down-home friendly! Chat with us for free, and if we can help great! If you choose not to use our services, that is ok too. We are just here to help if we can. There is nothing more intimidating than going to a help site and having to wade through all the choices. We match you up with the best Solutions Specialist for your problem and your skill level.
#2) We Listen
There is nothing more frustrating than talking to someone about a problem and before you can explain everything, they think they know your problem and jump right in. We listen to every thing you have to say and then match you with the Solutions Specialist who best matches your needs.
#3) We Use Your Tools
Another frustration is when you finally ask for help, you are told your software is out of date or that you are using the wrong program. We use the programs you have to get things accomplished. Just because your program is older, does not mean it doesn't work. When your task is completed, your Solutions Specialist might make software suggestions that would be helpful for the future.
#4) We Work With You
We work with you side by side to develop a solution that works for you. We hope you will consider our Solutions Specialist a partner. It is important that you understand the solution and more important, that you can duplicate it if you need to. We advise you, but always the ultimate decision on how to proceed is yours. You will receive a summary of the service provided by the Solutions Specialist to help refresh your mind at a later date.
#5) Real-Time / One-on-One Help
The Solutions Specialist works with you in real-time, right on your computer. We provide one-on-one service and our Solutions Specialists work with only one client at a time. You are the most important client we have. Your computer and Internet connection need to have the following minimums:
